YELLOWSHED just hired me to design their new logo. (I’m really jazzed!) They are fantastic animation directors/animators not to mention GREAT people. If you haven’t already seen it, check out their awesome new end credit sequence for ‘Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs’! They’ve also worked on Madagascar 2, A Series of Unfortunate Events and have created several short film gems! Above is a screen grab of a page from their site.
Halloween character designs for Staples / Smilemakers…
Every once in a while, I get asked to do an illustration. I am very happy that I had the chance to work for Dana Thompson in creating these little guys.
These sticker designs were commissioned by Smilemakers ,a division of Staples, and will be used by dentists to promote oral hygiene.
Sadly, the client never got to see this one. It was my fave. You can check out the before & after here.

For the cover and catalog section breaks, I shot photos of my workmates and then tried a new illustration style. Fun – fun.
